Google Pryor Creek, OK is seeking a Data Center Logistics Operations Manager to lead daily logistics of data center and vendor operations. You will drive continuous process improvements, manage budgets and SLAs, and coordinate with internal teams to optimize material flow and delivery cycles.

The role requires 5+ years in logistics or supply chain with cross-regional leadership, and a background in customer-facing operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years in a customer or client-facing role supporting logistics or supply chain.
• 5 years experience in domestic and international environments.
• 5 years managing operations and leading cross-regional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily logistics operations, material flow, and Third-Party Logistics vendors.
• Oversee budgets, invoices, and capital improvements.
• Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and vendor scorecards to drive improvements.
• Design and execute forward and reverse logistics strategies aligned with goals.
• Drive automation, reduce MTTR, optimize capacity, and lower costs.
• Partner with internal teams, carriers, and external vendors to align priorities.
