J.P. Morgan seeks a senior specialist in real estate and infrastructure lending to structure leases, originate and structure loans, and lead broad syndication for data center projects. You will assess permits, power risks, and craft economic models to support investment decisions.

Role requires deep expertise in data center lending, loan structuring, and portfolio management, with up to 15% travel to client sites and a strong regulatory understanding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics or related field plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Trader, Program Analyst, Investment Banking, or related occupation.
• Experience with constructing and analyzing excel models for discounted cash flow and pricing calculators; VBA automation; market analysis of infrastructure and real estate sectors.

Responsabilités

• Structure leases, originate and structure real estate and infrastructure loans.
• Lead broad syndication processes and assess business plans, permitting, and power risks.
• Build and cultivate client relationships through loan origination, syndication, and negotiations.
• Manage overall loan portfolio and participate in underwriting and closing processes.
