CoreWeave in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking a Data Center Lease Analyst to manage data center, real estate, and equipment leases, ensuring data integrity and ASC 842/IFRS16 compliance. You will abstract lease agreements, coordinate with Accounts Payable, and liaise with landlords to resolve billing disputes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of corporate lease administration experience.
• Strong understanding of ASC 842 and lease accounting principles.
• Proven ability to abstract lease agreements and amendments.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in processing rent invoices and OpEx reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Administer a portfolio of the company's data center, real estate, network, and equipment leases.
• Interpret complex commercial contract language related to rent, tax, insurance, power usage, cross-connects, and other obligations.
• Abstract lease documents into the lease database in accordance with ASC 842 and IFRS16.
• Coordinate with Accounts Payable and Operations for expense approvals and payments.
• Review variance reports to write narratives to internal stakeholders.
• Interact with landlords to resolve billing disputes and reconcile charges.
• Perform desk audits of annual operating expense statements to ensure all expenses are consistent with the terms of the lease.
• Document management of service orders, lease documents, and invoices.
• Drive continuous improvement across workflows, reporting, and operational practices.
