NextGen | GTA: A Kelly Telecom Company is seeking a Data Center Lead Technician to spearhead installation projects and guide teams of 3–5 technicians. This role acts as a technical SME while supporting project planning, execution, troubleshooting, documentation, and quality assurance.

The ideal candidate will lead teams, interpret drawings, manage material on-site, and ensure OSHA and site-specific safety standards are met.

• Assist with project planning, scheduling, and documentation.
• Interpret drawings, blueprints, and project scopes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate teams of 3–5 technicians on data center installation projects.
• Support project planning, task execution, scheduling, and required documentation.
• Interpret drawings, blueprints, and project scopes to ensure successful execution.
• Manage on-site material and tool inventory.
• Ensure compliance with company, OSHA, and site-specific safety requirements.
• Perform high-quality installations while following industry and manufacturer standards.
• Train and mentor technicians on installation, termination, testing, and telecom room (TR) build-outs.
• Develop and teach LOE practices.
• Troubleshoot cable systems and accurately interpret test results.
• Stay current with industry standards, technologies, and best practices.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned technologies when needed.
• Demonstrate strong customer service, teamwork, communication, leadership, and work ethic.
