GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Lead, Quality Systems to manage onboarding, training programs and internal audits across Quality; Training and Internal Auditing. The role splits time between two quality areas in a dynamic, hybrid environment.
You will drive compliance, develop audit plans, coach staff, and maintain training records while reporting to management. A strong focus on documentation and process improvement is essential.

As the Lead, Quality Systems is an hourly hybrid position that splits their time between two areas in Quality; Training and Internal Auditing. You will be responsible for executing effective employee onboarding and training programs and for conducting internal audits on processes for compliance with requirements.
