Job summary

Two95 International Inc. is seeking a Lab / Data Center Technician in Santa Clara, CA for a 6+ month on-site contract. The role involves hands-on rack and stack work, cable management, and ticket-driven workflow to support lab services and network infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years in lab or data center environments, with experience in VMware, Windows, Linux, and basic networking. Familiarity with Cisco/Arista switches and SSL VPN is a plus.

Qualifications

• We have 1–3 years of experience in a lab, data center, network operations, or similar technical environment.
• Basic network troubleshooting and firewall experience.
• Hands-on with Cisco and/or Arista switches preferred.
• Basic Windows and VMware administration experience.
• Familiarity with Linux distributions (CentOS/Ubuntu).
• Strong knowledge of copper and fiber cabling and patch panels.

Responsibilities

• Enable remote access to lab services via SSL VPN, RDP, VNC, and View Client.
• Perform rack and stack activities for network and lab equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized lab environment.
• Audit physical and virtual devices, including connections and IP addresses.
• Act as a ticket queue lead and manage SLA-driven ticket assignments.
• Build and cable network topologies based on engineer requirements.
• Monitor power and cooling usage in the lab.
• Use SSH and console access to connect to network devices.
• Document lab infrastructure updates and procedures.
• Prioritize and respond to requests with strong follow-up.
