Qualifications

• Experience with inventory management, warehouse operations, logistics, asset tracking, and material handling processes.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems, ERP platforms, asset management repositories, and CMDBs.
• Knowledge of inbound/outbound shipping documentation, freight coordination, and receiving operations.
• Experience performing inventory audits, cycle counts, reconciliations, and compliance activities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date inventory, asset, and configuration data across systems.
• Perform inventory cycle counts, audits, reconciliations, and data corrections.
• Execute material movement including shipping, receiving, inventory transactions, and asset tracking.
• Coordinate freight pickups, deliveries, and shipping with field technicians and hubs.
• Monitor inventory levels, identify shortages, and support replenishment.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, safety, and regulations.
• Build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve safety, productivity, and inventory accuracy.
• Support additional operational, inventory, logistics, and project activities.
