Job summary

SpaceXAI is seeking an Inventory Specialist to support data center operations. You will receive, store, issue, and kit high-value materials and equipment, maintaining accuracy and traceability to enable rapid scaling.

The role requires hands-on work, lifting up to 50 lbs, and shifts including nights/weekends in a warehouse environment. Prior inventory control experience and ERP/WMS familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• 1+ years of inventory control experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, and issue materials for data center construction, commissioning and operations.
• Store parts in designated locations and identify parts and locations.
• Maintain material handling practices for high-value equipment.
• Perform picking and kitting to assemble kits of parts and hardware.
• Verify material conformance with paperwork and check for damage, part numbers, quantities, revisions.
• Issue material against approved paperwork and maintain traceability.
• Perform cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Follow procedures, work instructions, and SOPs.
• Manage priorities and execute work to meet site deliverables.
• Keep inventory and staging areas clean and organized.
• Support material flow and just-in-time delivery to internal customers.
