Job summary

SpaceXAI is seeking an Inventory Analyst to support data center and supercomputer operations in Memphis, TN and nearby areas. You will analyze inventory data, drive accuracy, optimize stock levels and material flow, and deliver actionable insights for servers, GPUs, networking gear, and spare parts.

Responsibilities include trend analysis, root-cause investigation, KPI reporting, cycle counting support, and ensuring traceability across ERP/WMS systems.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of inventory analysis or control experience.
• 1+ years of SQL experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze inventory transactions, levels, usage, and discrepancies to maintain accuracy.
• Perform root-cause analysis on variances and implement corrective actions.
• Generate reports and dashboards on inventory metrics and KPIs.
• Support cycle counts; reconcile physical vs. system inventory.
• Maintain data quality in ERP/WMS; ensure traceability.
• Collaborate on inventory planning, forecasting and material flow.
• Identify and drive process improvements for receiving, storage, and staging.
• Track high-value assets and critical spare parts for 24/7 operations.
• Follow procedures and SOPs; communicate findings to stakeholders.
