Job summary

SpaceXAI in Memphis and the surrounding region seeks an Inventory Analyst to support data center and supercomputer operations. You will analyze inventory data, drive accuracy, optimize stock levels and material flow for servers, GPUs, networking gear, power/cooling components, and spare parts.

Collaborating with operations, procurement, commissioning, and finance, you will implement cycle counts, improve ERP/WMS data quality, and provide actionable insights to sustain 24/7 operations while

Qualifications

• 4+ years of inventory analysis, inventory control, or related experience.
• 1+ years of experience with SQL.
• 6+ years of inventory analysis or control in warehouse/high-volume operations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze inventory transactions, levels, usage, and discrepancies to maintain accuracy and identify trends.
• Perform root-cause analysis on inventory variances and implement corrective actions.
• Generate reports and dashboards on inventory metrics, turnover, aging, accuracy, and KPIs.
• Support and analyze cycle count programs; reconcile physical vs. system inventory.
• Maintain and improve data quality in ERP/WMS systems; ensure lot/serial and location traceability.
