Job summary

Turnaround Communications Inc is seeking a Data Center Integration Technician in San Antonio, TX. The role is part-time and project-based, focusing on integration, testing, and migration of telecom infrastructure in ISP facilities and data centers.

The successful candidate will install and maintain rack systems, fiber routes, and cabling while following industry standards. Local travel is expected; strong teamwork and safety practices are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in an ISP, Central Office, headend, data center or similar telecom environment.
• Experience installing racks, cabinets, structured cabling and fiber systems.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, rack elevations and installation docs.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, ladders, PPE and testing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform rack-and-stack installations for telecom and network equipment.
• Install ladder rack, fiber duct, cable-management systems and related infrastructure.
• Route, dress, label, terminate copper, coaxial and fiber cabling.
• Read rack elevations, schedules, floor plans and engineering drawings.
• Install, inspect, test, and document fiber connectivity and cabling.
