National Technologies (NTI-A Network Connex Company) seeks a Network Technician-Data Center to support installation of racks, cabinets, grounding, fiber guides, and structured cabling. The role covers ISP activities at active sites, reading diagrams, and maintaining field notes.

Travel, overtime, and weekend work may be required. Candidates should have 5+ years in electronics/telecommunications or related fields, with a valid driver’s license and the ability to lift 75 lbs.

Qualifications

• Education Level: High School/GED.
• Experience: 5+ years of relevant job experience.
• Field of Study: Electronics, Telecommunications, Construction or Project Management.
• Must hold a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
• Physical requirements: sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl; lift 75 lbs.
• Knowledge of fiber optic cable types and ISP racks/cabinets/termination panels.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft applications.
• Read and understand blueprints and drawings.
• Knowledge of data center safety measures and standard procedures.
• Fieldwork may include overtime, weekends, and travel.

Responsibilities

• Perform data center cage and overhead ladder rack installation.
• Read and follow design engineers' instructions and specifications; maintain scope and safety.
• Prepare engineering field notes; interpret drawings and maps.
• Understand and adhere to customer timelines.
• Budget-minded to review profitability on projects.
• Source qualified Project Managers and Technicians through network.
• Champion corporate culture and drive operational efficiency.
• Coordinate and communicate activities with teams and management.
