Job summary

Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager in the United States to lead complex infrastructure projects from initiation to delivery, planning requirements, identifying risks, and communicating with cross-functional partners and executives.

You will work across data centers and cloud platforms with engineering, finance, and legal teams to develop scalable, cost-aware solutions and ensure successful deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program management.
• 5 years of experience in data center or network infrastructure, cloud computing, or technical infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Analyze global cloud market trends, including hyperscale growth, hybrid/multi-cloud adoption, and demand for specific cloud services, to inform infrastructure decisions.
• Translate technical cloud infrastructure requirements into actionable specifications for data center and network planning.
• Collaborate with physical assets, engineering teams to identify, evaluate, and recommend infrastructure solutions based on criteria and market conditions.
• Advise on infrastructure strategies, seeking opportunities for cost optimization, scalability, and operational efficiency.
• Partner with internal teams and external providers to execute comprehensive infrastructure strategies and develop new products for Cloud and AI expansion.
