Qualifications

• 5+ years in data center operations, infrastructure deployment, and facilities coordination.
• Familiarity with DCIM, asset management, or tools that help manage resource availability.
• Knowledge of structured cabling standards and established guidelines.
• Experience coordinating facilities maintenance and infrastructure modernization activities.
• ITIL, CDCP, BICSI, or related industry certifications.

Responsibilities

• 5+ years in data center operations, infrastructure deployment, and facilities coordination.
• Manage daily enterprise data center operations, including installations, moves, adds, changes, decommissions, and lifecycle management.
• Monitor and optimize data center capacity, power, cooling, and environmental requirements with DCIM insights.
• Lead structured cabling operations, including rack installations, pathway management, and cable documentation.
• Coordinate with Network, Server, Storage, Facilities, vendors, and contractors to deliver projects on schedule.
• Serve as IT liaison for facilities activities involving power, cooling, environmental systems, and site readiness.
• Support data center expansion, capacity forecasting, equipment deployments and retirements, asset management.
• Maintain governance through audits, compliance reviews, reporting, incident management, and vendor oversight.
