Align seeks a Technical Project Manager to oversee large-scale data center cabling infrastructure deployments across the U.S. The role emphasizes planning, coordination, documentation, and on-time delivery with budget adherence.

Travel up to ~50% may be required; relocation assistance may be available. Applicants should have 5+ years in project management for AI or hyperscale infra, strong client-facing skills, and experience coordinating multiple teams, vendors, and locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in data centers or IT infrastructure.
• Experience coordinating across clients, field teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage data center cabling and infrastructure projects from planning through closeout
• Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, milestones, risk logs, and resource plans
• Coordinate with clients, field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders
• Track project progress, identify risks, and resolve schedule or deployment issues
• Lead client and internal project meetings and provide clear status updates
• Support QA/QC, testing, commissioning, turnover, and project closeout
