The role focuses on coordinating field activities, fiber and copper migrations, equipment installation, testing, and documentation in a live facility.

Ideal candidates bring 6–10 years of data center experience, strong leadership, and proven ability to manage complex field operations with clients and vendors.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in data center infrastructure or related fields.
• Hands-on knowledge of fiber optic and copper cabling systems.
• Experience working in live data center environments and with client-facing coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead field activities for a major data center infrastructure and cooling modernization project.
• Coordinate replacement and migration of copper and fiber infrastructure.
• Oversee fiber installation, termination, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation.
• Support installation, relocation, maintenance, and connection of data center equipment.
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, engineers, and client representatives.
• Serve as primary field contact and communicate progress, risks, and upcoming activities.
