ABM is seeking a Critical Facilities HVAC Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mission-critical mechanical and HVAC systems in a high-reliability data center environment. You will work with chillers, pumps, motors, and VFDs, following safety protocols and documenting work orders in CMMS.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of HVAC experience, a journeyman HVAC license, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced facility setting.

Competenze

Minimum 3 years of HVAC, mechanical, or related technical experience.
Experience in commercial or residential HVAC/mechanical environments.
Working knowledge of refrigerants, mechanical and electrical systems, motors, and VFDs.
Must possess journeyman HVAC license in the state, county or city jurisdiction.

Mansioni

Perform planned preventive maintenance (PMs) and unplanned corrective maintenance on HVAC and mechanical systems.
Maintain and service equipment including chillers, cooling systems, water heaters, motors, pumps, and VFDs.
Execute maintenance schedules and respond to break-fix situations.
Complete work orders and documentation using CMMS or paper tickets.
Follow safety protocols including PPE and Lockout/Tagout processes.
Coordinate with subcontractors and assist with training as needed.
