Qualifications

• 5+ years HVAC experience in data center, commercial, or industrial settings.
• Experience operating high-capacity chillers (300+ tons).
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Participate in startup and commissioning of new units at multiple Texas locations.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical/electrical malfunctions; perform regular maintenance.
• Review blueprints/diagrams and interpret regulatory requirements.
• Build strong customer relationships; escalate issues for timely resolution.
• Prioritize safety; adhere to licensing, PPE, and safety training.
