How you will do it

• Manage primary service accounts, executing contract maintenance visits, inspections, site assessments, and service requests. Recommend upgrades or repairs to extend equipment lifespan.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and colleagues through effective communication via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.

• Provide accurate quotes for labor, materials, repairs, and upgrades as needed.

• Represent the company as the primary customer contact, servicing products and equipment on assigned projects to ensure customer satisfaction through diagnosis, repair, and system analysis.

• Utilize advanced software, tools, and blueprints to diagnose and repair equipment, following engineering specifications.

• Maintain safety standards, security, and accountability of company assets by recording usage, wear, and conditions.

• Work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team, with flexibility for overtime, weekends, and occasional overnight stays.

• Participate in our on-call rotation as part of our 24/7 service commitment.

What we look for

Required:

• Mechanical Journeyman certification

• Valid Red Seal Refrigeration and A/C certification

• Valid ODS certification

• Over 5 years of experience with chillers, compressor technologies, control systems, and speed drives in commercial, industrial, or institutional settings.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and handheld devices (smartphone, iPad).

• Adherence to safety protocols and company policies.

• Valid driver's license and appropriate refrigerant, boiler, and steam operational licenses.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work on-call nights and weekends on a rotating basis.
