How Will You Do It

We seek skilled HVAC Technicians experienced with Residential and/or ducted products, air-cooled and water-cooled chillers, AHUs, or Roof Top ducted units.

We provide factory certification through our Service Technical Academy (STA), with recognition, rewards, and career growth. We emphasize safety and provide tools, uniforms, and a company vehicle to support your work and customer service.

Deliver high-quality service to optimize facility efficiency, provide solutions during commissioning and service, and recommend improvements, including upselling opportunities.

Provide quotes supporting your recommendations.

What We Look For

• Dedicated team member willing to learn and responsible for startup, commissioning, troubleshooting, and aftermarket services.
• Membership or willingness to join a local Union.
• At least 3 years of practical experience with HVAC products, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Ability to repair centrifugal compressors, steam turbines, screw chillers, and system components.
• Willing to travel 10-20% for support activities.
• Pass a knowledge exam to demonstrate proficiency.
• Interest in career development and training programs.
• Collaborative mindset and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for customer interaction.
• Ability to provide quotes and participate in rewards programs.
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn and prioritize safety.
• EPA refrigerant license, applicable licenses, and a valid driver's license.
