Job summary

Liquid Web Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to support day-to-day data center operations, handling receipt, storage, and shipping of hardware across locations.

This hands-on role requires accuracy, adherence to procedures, and collaboration with logistics and data center teams. You will log inventory, prepare equipment for deployment, and ensure safe, efficient movement of items while meeting internal guidelines and audit standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in warehouse, logistics, inventory, or operations roles.
• Experience handling hardware or technical assets.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow documented processes and safety procedures.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Basic proficiency with inventory systems and ticketing tools.
• Ability to operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between data centers.
• Able to lift/move up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and log incoming hardware shipments.
• Unpack hardware and prepare equipment for storage or deployment.
• Pack and ship equipment per guidelines and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory and asset records.
• Coordinate equipment transfers between data centers.
• Maintain clean, safe warehouse and collaborate with teams.
• Follow procedures to ensure consistency and audit readiness.
