Job summary

Walker & Dunlop is seeking an Associate for their New York office in the Digital Infrastructure Advisory team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in preparing pitch materials, conducting financial models, and analyzing transactions in the digital infrastructure sector.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field, along with 3+ years of relevant experience. A competitive salary between $100,000 - $125,000 plus benefits is offered, including medical coverage and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in accounting, advisory, investment banking, lending, or principal investing.
• Transactional experience in data center, digital infrastructure, and/or real estate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver pitch materials and offering memoranda for transactions.
• Conduct complex financial modeling of property-level cash flows.
• Review and analyze relevant documents to identify key information.
• Network within the industry through meetings and trade organizations.
• Track and maintain a database of transaction comps.
• Participate in weekly pipeline meetings to discuss deal flow.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
