Responsibilities

• Responsible for supporting and developing Foremen.
• Provides guidance and support regarding survey and layout needs.
• Assists with project schedule development and maintenance.
• Prepares work plans for critical work.
• Understands budgeted values and collaboratively plans work.
• Ensures efficient crew sizing and makeup.
• Leads coordination and support for QC processes.
• Actively participates in project meetings.
• Reports field issues to the Field Engineer.
• Assists with the development of lift drawings.
• Develops rapport with stakeholders and ensures compliance.
