Job summary

Compu Dynamics LLC is seeking a Field Service Engineer to provide on-site technical services for mission-critical data center systems, including installation, startup, commissioning, and preventative maintenance of advanced liquid cooling equipment. You will troubleshoot PLCs and electro-mechanical systems, maintain service records, and contribute to manuals and training as needed.

The role requires 5+ years in field service, data center experience, and ability to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in field service or a similar technical support position.
• Prior experience working within data center environments.
• Experience reading and interpreting mechanical and electrical schematics.
• Experience working with 124/208 VAC and 48 VDC systems.
• Demonstrated experience troubleshooting and repairing electro-mechanical equipment, controllers, sensors, actuators, pumps, and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite technical services for installation, startup, commissioning, and preventative maintenance of liquid cooling systems.
• Respond to onsite dispatches for scheduled and unscheduled service requests within SLAs.
• Maintain accurate customer service records and reports in the service management platform.
• Contribute to technical documentation, service bulletins, and training materials.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering and service leadership to improve products and service delivery.
