We are seeking a highly motivated Data Center Field Operations Specialist to oversee the day-to-day operational management and field supervision of multiple data centers across the U.S. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and compliance of our facilities by supervising on-site teams, optimizing operations, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular patrols and oversee the operational management of multiple data center sites.
Supervise and support on-site teams in server deployment, decommissioning, troubleshooting, and achievement of operational KPIs.
Inspect and audit the implementation of daily maintenance procedures for facilities and equipment; promptly identify and communicate any issues to responsible parties.
Analyze operational data and on-site conditions to investigate root causes of issues and work with site teams to develop and implement improvement plans.
Drive operational efficiency by identifying needs, resolving issues, and proposing process optimizations for data center operations.
Prepare regular reports on the operational status of each data center location and monitor the progress of improvement actions.
Support new site launches by overseeing server deployment and delivering on-site training to operations staff in alignment with business expansion.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the highest levels of safety, compliance, and service quality.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or above.
At least 10 years of driving experience with a valid U.S. driver’s license.
Proficiency in basic data analysis and office software (Excel, Word, etc.).
Strong learning agility, excellent communication and teamwork skills, and a strong service mindset.
Willingness and ability to travel extensively and work flexible hours, including shifts; able to perform well under pressure.
Previous experience in data center or large-scale facility management is strongly preferred.
Basic knowledge of, or a keen interest in, blockchain technology is a plus.
