Job summary

Google LLC is seeking a Technical Program Manager for Facility Readiness and Data Center Operations to drive a global turnover program from construction to operations. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define requirements, manage schedules, and report progress to executives across multiple sites.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, risk management, and process improvements to accelerate delivery while maintaining high standards of safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program management.
• 8 years of PM experience in data centers or 24x7 operations.
• Experience with process documentation, process mapping, and workflow improvements.
• Strong data analytics and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and launch a new program to help construction teams turnover data centers.
• Foster optimization and speed by collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data to drive the program.
• Standardize issue mitigation, remediation, and risk management plans; ensure scalability across turnover.
• Engage operational leaders and maintain relationships with partner organizations for early participation.
• Drive standardization and consistency across global processes for uniform decision making.
