Zusammenfassung

Salute Inc. is seeking a Data Center Facilities Technician to support on-site electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks at the Fernley facility. This role focuses on building maintenance, grounds care, and related duties under the Client Project Manager's direction.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of maintenance experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to work at heights. HVAC and critical facility maintenance experience are a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in building maintenance or related field.
• Preferred: HVAC, Critical Facility Maintenance, Construction Finishing experience.

Aufgaben

• General Maintenance Tasks: maintain tidy environment; touch-up painting; manage tool inventory; door repairs and signage mounting.
• Electrical/ Plumbing/ Carpentry: replace bulbs, fix minor issues, basic carpentry tasks.
• Industrial Cleaning/Mechanical: perform cleaning tasks and light mechanical work.
• HVAC and Lighting Maintenance: monitor/replace HVAC filters and bulbs.
• Furniture and Event Setup: hang art, assemble furniture, set up tables and chairs.
• Seasonal Tasks: snow removal, landscaping and outdoor cleanup.
• Special Projects: carpet cleaning or replacement; other client-directed tasks.
