• 0–2 years experience in a critical operations environment or data center preferred.
• Strong multitasking across several systems and tasks.
• Attention to detail and strict adherence to safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Proactively support safety of the environment and occupants and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Monitor critical power, cooling/env and security systems to meet up-time targets.
• Perform limited maintenance on data center HVAC and electrical systems.
• Update and resolve tickets in IMDC’s ticketing system.
• Take daily readings of mechanical and electrical equipment and inspect facilities for issues.
• Identify and resolve issues; assist with service delivery tasks when needed.
