Google West Memphis, AR is seeking a Facilities Technician for its data center team. You will inspect, maintain, and repair critical data center systems including servers, PLCs, network equipment, and SCADA, while reading blueprints and ladder logic to support daily operations.
You will monitor control systems, respond to abnormal conditions, and assist with startup, commissioning, and integration of new controls equipment.

The Data Center team designs and operates some of the most sophisticated electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, and HVAC systems in the world. Facilities Technicians at Google data centers operate, monitor, and support physical facilities conditions. Duties include heating and cooling of air and water, power supply, generators, UPS systems, electrical distribution, and control and monitoring systems. Technicians inspect, maintain, and repair various data center systems such as piping and non‑critical electrical or mechanical system components, controllers, PLCs, servers, and network equipment. They develop creative approaches to reducing operational costs while improving overall data center efficiency, ensuring environmental and safety standards are consistently met, and managing performance issues and outages to minimize recovery time.
US: $105,000 - $146,000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
