Responsibilities

Lead a team, set and communicate priorities, provide coaching and development.
Ensure team follows work processes, guidelines, and programs, while recommending improvements for data centers.
Monitor data center systems operation, control site activities to minimize risk, respond to excursions or emergencies.
Develop strategies to improve efficiency, minimize cost, and reduce environmental impact, and validate processes for equipment operations.
Collaborate with partner teams and project leads to set and implement short and long-term strategies.
