Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. is seeking a Data Center Engineering Technician to maintain and troubleshoot mission-critical facilities, power and cooling systems, and three-phase electrical infrastructure to support AWS data centers.

You will work hands-on with generators, UPS, PDUs, CRAC, chillers, cooling towers, air handlers, pumps and motors, ensuring high uptime and safe operations across our global infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Hands-on electrical and mechanical troubleshooting in data centers.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair standby diesel generators and fuel systems.
• Familiarity with three-phase electrical systems, UPSs, PDUs and related cooling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, operate and troubleshoot Data Center Operation’s mission critical facilities.
• Work with diesel generators, fuel systems, switchgear and related electrical assemblies.
• Ensure high availability and safe operation of cooling systems (CRAC, chillers, cooling towers).
