Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, EE, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years in data center operations or related infrastructure roles.
• Strong knowledge of server platforms (x86), storage, and enterprise networking fundamentals.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in raised-floor environments with safety protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain servers, storage, networking, and data center hardware.
• Perform hardware diagnostics and troubleshooting; coordinate RMAs with vendors.
• Monitor data center environmental conditions and respond to alerts/incidents.
• Support capacity planning, inventory management, and infrastructure expansion projects.
• Execute cabling, rack-and-stack, and physical installation per best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time.
• Maintain documentation of configurations, inventory, procedures, and changes.
• Participate in customer service and respond to critical incidents; assist with compliance and security.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve reliability and efficiency.
