Job Title: Data Center Critical Facilities Engineer
Location: Liberty, NC - TBMNC
Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite
Duration: Through March 31, 2027, with expected annual renewal based on performance and business requirements
Experience: 3-5+ years relevant experience
Schedule: 40 hours/week + approximately 4-10 hours/week overtime, depending on workload
Travel: Required - travel to other U.S. data center sites; occasional travel to Mexico may be required
The Data Center Critical Facilities Engineer will support data center operations with a primary focus on the backend administration, programming, configuration, and maintenance of DCIM monitoring platforms.
This is not simply a monitoring/NOC role. The candidate must be able to administer and configure the monitoring environment, add and configure new equipment, establish alarms and thresholds, manage software/licenses, and maintain the systems used to monitor critical data center infrastructure.
