Job summary

Epsilon is seeking a Data Center Engineer to manage day-to-day operations on-site in Arlington, VA. You will install and decommission enterprise servers and cabling, troubleshoot hardware and networking gear, and perform rack-and-stack tasks to keep data center equipment running smoothly.

You will monitor environments, respond to tickets, maintain documentation and inventory, and contribute to projects. Candidates should have 5+ years in data centers, knowledge of Dell PowerEdge servers and

Responsibilities

The Data Center Engineer will manage day-to-day data center operations onsite in Arlington, VA. Responsibilities include hardware installation and decommissioning of enterprise servers and cabling infrastructure, troubleshooting and repairing hardware and networking equipment, rack and stack of data center equipment, monitoring environments, ticket response, documentation, inventory management, and project work.

Requirements

Requires 5+ years data center experience, knowledge of Dell PowerEdge servers and iDRAC, data center power standards, ability to lift 75 lbs, and strong communication skills. Preferred experience includes Linux OS, RACADM CLI, and Dell Openmanage Enterprise.

Job Details

Full-time, onsite role with salary range $63,600 to $118,000 annually. Benefits include flexible time off, paid holidays, health coverage, 401(k), parental leave, and professional development.
