Job summary

Enabled Energy is seeking an experienced Project Developer to develop energy efficiency and infrastructure retrofit projects within existing data centers. You will own projects end to end from initial site assessment through proposal delivery, with travel up to 30%.

The ideal candidate has a background in mechanical, electrical, industrial, or general engineering, and can lead client-facing proposals, energy savings calculations, and cost analyses in active data center environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial, or general engineering.
• 5-7 years in HVAC, mechanical systems, or energy engineering.
• Experience with field site visits or assessments with minimal supervision.
• Strong Excel-based financial and engineering modeling.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site audits and jobsite walks of data centers.
• Perform energy savings calculations and evaluate opportunities.
• Develop preliminary and detailed cost estimates.
• Prepare client proposals with technical narratives and exhibits.
• Lead proof-of-concept documentation and pilot reporting.
• Serve as day-to-day client contact and drive process improvements.
