Job summary

Gilbane Building seeks an Energy Marshal - Data Center to manage field operations on a $5-$50M project on site in Missouri. This role requires coordinating trade contractors, enforcing safety, and driving project schedules with hands-on leadership.

The candidate will develop work plans, review contract documents, and maintain daily logs while partnering with the Operations Excellence team to ensure project success and value delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management required.
• OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent preferred.
• STS-C Certification or equivalent preferred.
• First Aid/CPR/AED/Stop the Bleed training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs day-to-day coordination of trade contractors and subs to meet schedule and quality.
• Develops, documents, and communicates field work plans for changes.
• Maintains understanding of contract docs to proactively anticipate problems.
• Verifies subcontractor permits for construction purposes.
• Acts as primary safety representative and enforces safety on site.
• Leads regular contractor meetings and maintains daily project records.
