Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Data Center Electrician in Ridgeville, SC to inspect, repair, and maintain electrical systems within a state-of-the-art data center. Responsibilities include troubleshooting fuses/breakers, wiring terminations, torque checks, and resistance testing.

The role requires a Master Electrician license, a valid driver’s license, and 3-4 years of related experience. A formal apprenticeship is preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires Master Electrician license per local codes.
• High school diploma or GED with 3–4 years related experience; apprenticeship preferred.
• Proficient in troubleshooting electrical systems and using MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical and lighting systems’ general operation, repair, and maintenance. Perform installations of equipment.
• Check, repair, and replace components of electrical and lighting systems, including motors, switches, wiring, and pumps.
• Ensure equipment is maintained and operated safely.
• Review maintenance records to schedule preventive maintenance.
