Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years managing construction logistics, equipment procurement, or project engineering for mission-critical facilities.
• Direct, proven experience with major data center OEMs (e.g., Schneider Electric, Eaton, Vertiv, Caterpillar, Cummins, ABB).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational liaison between OEMs, internal supply chain teams, and site construction managers.
• Oversee production tracking, FAT, and lead-time milestones for power and cooling infrastructure.
• Align vendor production and shipping with the master schedule to execute Just-in-Time site deliveries.
• Coordinate heavy-haul freight, rigging, customs clearance, and secure staging.
• Manage site receiving, chain-of-custody handoffs, and turnover to GC and trades.
• Track commissioning through SAT, warranty start dates, spare parts, and defect claims.
