Job summary

Kelso Industries is seeking a Commercial & Industrial Electrical Project Manager to lead data center construction projects from concept to close-out. You will plan, schedule, coordinate, and manage budgets while ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

You will serve as primary liaison between clients, field teams, subcontractors, and engineering leadership. The ideal candidate has 5+ years managing commercial/industrial electrical projects, with data center experience, strong knowledge

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing commercial or industrial electrical construction projects, including data centers.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, NEC codes, and construction processes.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Experience with project management software (Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets for commercial and industrial electrical construction projects.
• Coordinate all phases of project execution, including procurement, installation, commissioning, and close-out.
• Review electrical plans, specifications, and bid documents to ensure accurate scope and pricing.
• Manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
• Direct and support field supervisors, electricians, and subcontractors.
• Promote a culture of safety and enforce compliance with company and regulatory safety requirements.
