Job summary

Accelevation is seeking an Electrical Journeyman to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in our data center environments. This role emphasizes safety, code compliance, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

You will read blueprints, troubleshoot issues, and mentor apprentices while traveling to multiple data centers up to 30% of the time. A valid Journeyman license and 4+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience as an electrician.
• Valid Journeyman Electrician License (state-specific).
• Licensed in AZ, CO, NM, TX, or UT.
• Data center or similar environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes and principles.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in data centers.
• Inspect systems for safe and optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal codes.
• Read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Mentor apprentices and junior electricians.
• Travel 20–30% to data centers.
• Participate in on-call rotation.
