Accelevation has an opening for an Electrical Journeyman to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in data centers. You will ensure uptime and safety while following codes and collaborating with data center staff.

Applicants should have 4 years as an electrician, a valid Journeyman license, and an electrical apprenticeship. OSHA/NFPA 70E is a plus; strong blueprint reading and tool proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Four years of experience as an electrician.
• Must be licensed in AZ, CO, NM, TX, or UT.
• Data center experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of electrical principles and codes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and plans.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient with electrical tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in data centers.
• Perform routine inspections for safe operation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues.
• Ensure compliance with electrical regulations.
• Follow safety procedures and report hazards.
• Use and maintain electrical tools and testing devices.
• Read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Collaborate with team to coordinate tasks.
• Train apprentices and junior electricians.
• Document work and materials used.
• Respond to outages and emergencies.
• Participate in on-call rotation.
• Travel 20–30% to various data centers.
