Z Modular Power is seeking an experienced Data Center Electrical Foreman to lead electrical crews on hyperscale data centers and AI infrastructure projects in Texas. You will direct daily field operations, coordinate craft labor, and ensure safe, high-quality installations on time.

Responsibilities include reviewing drawings, supervising conduit and rack installs, and mentoring apprentices. Travel across Texas may be required; overtime and rotating shifts are expected as project schedules demand.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of electrical construction experience.
• 2+ years in a Foreman, Lead Electrician, or comparable leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of NEC, NFPA 70E, OSHA regulations.
• Ability to read electrical drawings, one-line diagrams, specs, BIM layouts.
• Demonstrated ability to plan work, organize crews, track production, and document projects.
• Strong conduit installation, cable management, equipment installation, troubleshooting, and quality control.
• Excellent communication, leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel throughout Texas and to other project locations as required.
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, nights, and rotating schedules.

Responsabilités

• Lead electrical crews in safe installation, testing, correction, and turnover of mission-critical electrical systems.
• Plan daily work activities and assign responsibilities for efficient execution.
• Establish production goals and monitor progress throughout the workday.
• Verify crew qualifications and provide direction, coaching, and support to team members.
• Train and mentor electricians and apprentices on installation methods, safety, quality, and best practices.
• Review drawings, one-line diagrams, specifications, equipment details, BIM layouts with crews.
• Supervise installation of conduit systems, cable tray, busway, grounding, feeders, switchgear, transformers, UPS systems, PDUs, and related equipment.
• Coordinate daily activities with trades, vendors, quality personnel, commissioning teams, field engineers, and project leadership.
