Job summary

Hanley Energy Electrical LLC in Ashburn, VA seeks an Electrical Estimator to join our estimating team. The role focuses on data center electrical installation with emphasis on Medium Voltage, EPMS, BMS and testing.

You will work with cross‑functional teams to price solutions, manage RFQs, prepare neat quotes, and ensure deliverables meet quality processes. The position requires strong communication, project coordination, and a drive to win.

Qualifications

• 5+ years electrical experience preferred
• Experience with data center electrical installations
• Ability to manage full estimating/sales process from RFQ to quotation
• Proficiency with Accubid, Salesforce and related estimating tools

Responsibilities

• Review project documents, drawings and specifications to develop estimates.
• Identify labor and material requirements for proposals.
• Prepare professional project quotations.
• Develop high level concepts to meet customer needs.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers and internal teams to deliver accurate estimates.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental policies.
