Job summary

You will help deliver multi-million dollar designs, own critical equipment specifications, and support construction from site review through turnover. The role emphasizes collaboration with utilities, vendors, and internal groups, with travel up to 20% including international assignments and site visits to Seattle and Virginia data

Qualifications

• 4+ years of industrial or commercial engineering in mission critical facilities including data centers, power generation or oil and gas facilities
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Experience researching new designs, technologies, and construction methods of data center equipment

Responsibilities

• Data center electrical designs and collaboration to create a construction document set
• Create designs meeting quality and budget requirements
• Coordinate with local agencies for compliance with codes and regulations
• Review and approve equipment submittals
• Define project scope and provide technical information requests during construction
• Support commissioning to test and validate electrical systems
• Manage concurrent projects across regions
• Travel to sites for site reviews and engineering evaluations
• Provide creative, out-of-the-box solutions
