• Ability to deliver complex retrofits and coordinate cross-discipline systems.
• Leadership and communication skills; vendor and client liaison.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of data center construction projects from planning through close-out.
• Ensure compliance with safety, client, and project standards.
• Develop timelines, budgets, and resource plans aligned with goals.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Monitor progress with site reviews for safety and quality.
• Mentor staff and drive accountability and collaboration.
• Support forecasting, reporting, and future project planning.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery and technical performance.
