Job summary

Clark Construction Group seeks an experienced Drywall Framer for commercial and data center projects in Bethesda, MD. You will install metal stud framing, hang and finish drywall, and support HAC and racking systems on mission-critical sites.

Responsibilities include rough carpentry, make-ready work, touch-ups, and collaborating with construction teams while maintaining safety and cleanliness on owner-occupied spaces. Night shifts and occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of drywall framing experience including drywall stud framing.
• Experience on commercial and data center projects.
• Ability to read blueprints and construction plans for accurate execution.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Excellent time management; able to work independently or in a team.
• Willingness to work night shifts and travel per diem for Mass Timber projects when needed.

Responsibilities

• Install metal stud framing for walls, ceilings, shafts, and soffits; hang, tape, mud, and finish drywall.
• Support HAC and racking systems in data center projects.
• Perform rough carpentry, make-ready work, drywall patching, caulking, and finishing tasks.
• Conduct touch-ups, minor repairs, and site cleanliness to ensure occupancy readiness.
• Collaborate with construction teams and follow safety protocols on active sites.
