The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Real Estate, or related field, with experience in data centers or real estate development, strong analytical and presentation skills, proficiency in MS

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Real Estate, or related field.
Proven experience in data centers, real estate development, sourcing, underwriting, or related areas is highly preferred.
Strong analytical skills to identify trends, assess viability and risk.

Responsibilities

Conduct market analysis and compile research to identify data center development opportunities.
Assess feasibility and profitability through market research, underwriting, and planning.
Coordinate with internal and external consultants on land use, site planning, and entitlements.
Create presentations and reports to support development assumptions and pitches.
Internally track opportunities, competition, and market activity.
Support leadership in advancing strategic initiatives.
