The Data Center Delivery & Support Coordinator is responsible for the seamless end-to-end execution and delivery of parts, tools, and equipment for data center projects. This role works closely with factories, third-party logistics providers, sales offices, service teams, and project groups to manage releases, coordinate logistics, and resolve field support needs. By overseeing the transfer of all necessary assets from booking and project setup through project execution and transition into the service stream, the coordinator enables successful commissioning, start-up, and long‑term support for data center operations.

What You Will Do
  • Lead the coordination and execution of delivery for parts, tools, and equipment for assigned data center projects, ensuring timely and accurate movement from factories to field teams and service providers.
  • Serve as a primary contact for factories, logistics partners, sales offices, and project groups to facilitate release, shipment tracking, and delivery of all necessary assets.
  • Support field teams and service organizations by addressing issues related to parts, tools, or equipment defects, delivery challenges, or quality concerns.
  • Prepare and organize required parts, tools, and equipment in advance for commissioning, start-up, and post-warranty field support activities.
  • Communicate proactively with sales teams and customers, providing clear updates on the status, availability, and delivery schedules of parts, tools, and equipment.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of Trane’s Equipment Stream processes—including booking, project setup, and execution—to ensure all parts, tools, and equipment are properly prepared for successful transition into the service stream.
  • Apply operational excellence (OPEX) principles to recommend improvements and enhance process efficiency across delivery and support activities.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records for the release, delivery, and resolution of issues concerning parts, tools, and equipment for data center projects.
  • Assist with process improvement and standardization efforts related to delivery, handoff, and support of project assets, collaborating with managers and senior team members.
  • Provide informal guidance and support to newer team members, fostering teamwork and knowledge sharing for efficient delivery and support processes.
What You Will Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in supply chain, business administration, logistics, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience managing logistics, delivery, or field support of parts, tools, and equipment in a manufacturing, HVAC, or project-based environment.
  • Demonstrated understanding of Trane’s Equipment Stream processes, including booking, project setup, and preparation for service stream transfer.
  • Proven ability to independently oversee delivery and coordination of parts, tools, and equipment for complex data center projects.
  • Experience supporting commissioning and start-up activities for data center projects.
  • Familiarity with ERP and logistics tracking tools.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Experience applying OPEX/Lean principles to optimize delivery and support processes.
  • Collaborative and detail-oriented, able to work effectively with diverse internal and external partners.
Compensation

Base Pay Range: $120,000 to $180,000. Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan.
