Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a data-center-technology role.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with TCP/IP networking, network cabling, fiber, optic types and test-equipment.
• Minimum 2 years of management or team-lead experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop teams of technicians and engineers, ensuring high performance.
• Deliver capacity to existing data centers.
• Assist with planning, construction and online deployment of new data centers.
• Continuously improve processes and procedures across operations.
• Maintain relationships with external vendors and contractors.
• Liaise with internal teams and management groups.
• Ensure compliance with local health and safety mandates in all data centers.
• Create and analyze metrics on data-center performance to drive improvements.
• Implement service-management activities, including incident, problem, change and capacity management.
