Job summary

Visa Hunt seeks a Project Delivery Director to lead data center projects from site origination through commissioning and turnover to operations. You will own the integrated delivery across design, engineering, utilities, permitting, procurement, construction, commissioning, customer coordination, and operational turnover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level degree in engineering, construction management, project management, operations, business, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience delivering complex capital projects, preferably data centers or mission-critical facilities.
• Experience managing from design through commissioning, commercialization and handover.
• Strong knowledge of project controls, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, risk management, and change management.
• Experience with large teams: contractors, engineers, consultants, utilities and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project delivery from site origination to operations turnover.
• Develop and manage the overall project execution plan including schedule and budget.
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, construction, energy/power, procurement, finance, legal, ops, and external consultants.
• Oversee contractors, vendors, and consultants to align with schedule, budget, safety and quality.
• Drive issue resolution, cost variances, design conflicts, and scope changes.
• Manage project financial performance, forecasts, and cost-to-complete.
• Lead commissioning and operational readiness for customer acceptance.
• Serve as senior delivery interface for customers and key stakeholders.
